Bargain Alert! Revlon Fantasy Length Lashes

If you've got a Walgreen's nearby, then have I got a great deal for you! In Walgreen's April coupon book, they have a coupon for $5 off Revlon Fantasy Length Lashes. These retail for $5.99, so after the coupon they come to $1 per pair! I picked up this style:

Kinda fun yet natural looking. And the best part is, no glue is required for these lashes-- they've got a self-adhesive strip on the lash! This is perfect for me, because the glue is always the hardest part! So, if you've been wanting to try these lashes, head over sometime this month. It is 1 per customer, per visit, but if you have a nice boyfriend that wants to come along... :)

PS- The coupon book can be picked up in the front of any Walgreen's store, so it should be waiting for you when you get there. :)

NOTD: China Glaze 'Light as Air'

Sometimes I wonder if I should just have a nail polish blog, since half of the entries have been polish lately. :) But anyways, I picked up this polish from Ulta the other day. And, since they were having a B2G1 on China Glaze, I also got 'Peachy Keen' and 'Lemon Fizz', which are also from the Up and Away collection. As always, please ignore my crap polish job. :)

Anyways I really like this color, it's very soft and pretty, and I would say it's office-appropriate. What do you think?

On another note, I have been a bit MIA lately but not because I haven't been buying makeup; I think I've been spending a little TOO much at Walgreen's on drugstore makeup. Sigh. MAC, bring out some more collections for me to drool over! :) Oh but I am in North Dakota this week (!!) and there's not so much as even a MAC counter in the state, so I have to wait to grab Art Supplies 'til I get back to civilization!

Anyways, I'm sure I'll have some stuff to share with you this week. But as for you, what are you lemming lately?

Review: Urban Decay Pore Perfecting Primer

Photobucket

I got this primer a few months ago during Urban Decay's 30% friends and family sale. I am a huge fan of my Tarte Clean Slate, but I'm always open to new primers, and this was a new product when I got it, that boasted a nice matte, shine-free finish- so how could I resist?

EOTD: Liberty of London Part II

Photobucket

This is just a really quick look I did one day with some of the Liberty of London eyeshadows (btw, yes, I ended up going back for Free to Be and Dame's Desire e/s- and Shell Pearl bp!). It's not the best FOTD ever but I loved the fun, vivid eyeshadows- very springy!

Eyes:
-Dames Desire (inner crease/outer lid)
-Free to Be (upper/outer crease)
-Nanogold (lid and highlight)
-Beauty Marked (inner crease)
-Blacktrack fluidline
-Maybelline Stilletto Mascara

Did you get any eyeshadows from Liberty of London? What were the must-haves for you?

Products I'm Currently Lemming

-Sugarpill Cosmetics- I am drooling over these absolutely intense, high-payoff shadows! I don't think I've seen anything like these ever.

-Redken Gut 10 (credit for this lemming to: gilded-allure.blogspot.com)

-MUFE Duo Mat Powder Foundation (thanks the very honest review at theglamshack.blogspot.com)

-Lime Crime lipstick in "Cosmopop"(Temptalia did a review today!)

- UD Alice in Wonderland Box of Shadows (if you know where I can find one of these, lmk!)

What are you lemming lately? Or, what other products should I add to my list?

NOTD: MAC Blue India Polish

Ok finally a good look at MAC's Blue India nail lacquer! I love this color, it's just so unique! Sometimes it looks blue, then grey, then green. Love it (please excuse my sloppy application as usual)!

(different lights change the look of this polish!)

Anyways, what do you think of Blue India? Is it your style?

PS- Blue India is still available on nordstrom.com!

Review: Revlon Colorstay Foundation

Photobucket

Lately, I've seen/read a lot of great reviews about Revlon's Colorstay foundation. Since my Bare Escentuals mineral foundation was low and I'm always looking for a better foundation, I figured it would be a good time to test out this Revlon foundation. Plus, $9.99 is a steal compared to BE's $25 price tag. And, although I'm not usually big on liquid foundations, so far, I have been pretty impressed with this one.

NOTD: St. Patrick's Day with China Glaze

Happy St. Patty's day! I didn't have anything green to wear today, so I figured this would be a perfect time to try out my new polish, "Re-Fresh Mint" by China Glaze! Sorry it's so sloppy, I did it pretty quickly, and CG's consistency is a little different from MAC's, so I kinda need to get used to it. :)

What do you think of this color? Would you wear it?

Haul: Nail Polish!!

I've been a nail polish hoarder lately! Never mind that I barely have time to change my polish, but I just can't get over all these awesome colors. :) I picked up these three yesterday:

Photobucket
l to r: China Glaze "Refresh-Mint", MAC "Blue India" and China Glaze "Solar Power"

I believe "Refresh-Mint" and "Blue India" are both LE, but "Solar Power" is permanent. It's funny because although I didn't intend it, these all kind of match, in a weird way. :) Now, I've got to decide which one to use first, but when I do, I'll be sure to post a NOTD for you all! :)

PS: I've found that MAC polishes last the best when the nails are completely dry (no lotion, and just after using polish remover), and no base or top coat is used. They tend to last a good while. Other than that, do you have any nail polish tips? What are your favorite colors out of these three?
